Sengiley Recordings keeps with its series of bombastic releases, this time around introducing the Parisian, Berlin-based producer DJ MERCI (half of Jack The Groove). On Late Night EP he performs on his solo moniker and knocks us out of the park with four tracks of pure classic house music. Following a 2021 that saw him release with Nurvous Records (the sub-label of the legendary Nervous Records) and GLBDOM, DJ MERCI’s music is filled with deep promises of enjoyment, now that nights are reborn a little bit everywhere in Europe.

Late Night EP is a symbiosis of classic club grooves and, with its euphoric elements, is able to takes us back to the early days of house music, when the sounds of piano and rhodes were fundamental. The swaying and sensual vibe of this records expands over four tracks that just flow naturally, while bubbling grooves into a steady stream of smooth and rich melodies.
