In the midst of an unforgettable day in Melbourne, when temperatures swung from 14 to a scorching 44 degrees amid thick bushfire smoke from New South Wales, a unique musical alchemy unfolded. Foshe & Indira Elias, at Fish Bones Tone Shack (known for Foshe and Horatio Luna’s Nice to Meetcha), embarked on an improvised recording session. With the studio's air conditioner battling in vain against the sweltering brick walls, the session was drenched in a hot, hazy atmosphere. Engineer Fabian Hunter added dubby space echoes to the mix, and the result was pure sonic spontaneity captured on tape that eventually resulted in this record titled FOSHIRA that just dropped via Foshe Records. .

This collaborative project not only incorporates Foshe's signature odd-time house but also ventures into indie and dub soundscapes. Indira's instrumental vocal contributions add an ethereal dimension to an ambient journey, creating a fusion reminiscent of the likes of Massive Attack and Radiohead.
