A few years back Jeff Swiff and Christian James created the Nicewon Recordings imprint. With a few underground releases dropping since then, the Minneapolis-based label has been showcasing a sonic trademark that explores the bouncin’, phat side of house, with spot-on, driven floor stompers and unmistakable Midwest vibes. They end 2021 in style, with the surprising Nextwons EP from Jeff Swiff, including four new cuts, alongside a tuff stomper of a remix from Ugly Frankie.

Jeff Swiff is a dance music enthusiast, promoter and DJ, with over a decade of strong roots in all that is house. Focusing on what moves the soul and combining influences, Swiff create sounds and vibes that represent what inspires him. Nextwons EP is a deep cut that vibrates with funky textures that are expressed and wrapped inside a wonky approach. As the EP progresses we’e taken away by the dusty grooves Swiff is able to deliver.
