Returning to Dansu Discs’ sub-label Brookland Jams, Retromigration pairs up with multi-instrumentalist producer and composer Bezzix, the saxophonist Mauricesax and producer and pianist Cem Mo for a soulful downbeat journey of four tracks entitled Aso. Rooted in jazz textures and hip hop beats, the EP is another proof of Retromigration’s talent, that comes alive in a special way when accompanied by fellow partners - all together they provide a distinct kind of mixture between electronic and organic elements.

Aso EP is the perfect sequel for Darr’s Lane, a joint EP with Cem Mo that was released by the same imprint back in August. Like the previous record, this one also deserves a vinyl edition, providing once again unlimited levels of peace and groove.
