Following two promising compilations, the new Kooley High Records imprint presents their first artist release with a 4-track EP by Ryuta Muramatsu. Pressure Off features two bumpin’ deep house tracks on the A side, and, on the flip side, two chilled hip hop beats. It’s a raw and soulful project that balances dancefloor feelings and pensive moments.

Kooley High is based in Leicester and run by Deej, focusing on deeper obscure sounds and underground producers and artists. Ryuta Muramatsu freely explores his ideas and tendencies for both deep house and hip hop, stating in his productions the label’s vision. It is a promising record from a promising artist.
