Tom Esselle is one half of South London’s label and former Peckham record store, YAM Records. The imprint’s output has been hugely influential for us and it is with deep satisfaction that we present Esselle’s first full length EP, released by the one and only WOLF Music. Praise Bes EP blends some of our favorite London sounds, delving into jazz-flecked deepness, tough drum workouts and broken beat heaters, all mixed down by Chaos In The CBD main man Beans.

Following VA appearances on Rhythm Section and his own imprint, Tom Esselle goes all out for this first solo EP outing. He’s been part of the scene for years, slingin records and throwing parties, and it’s evident throughout Praise Bes that he knows what makes people tick. Even better what makes people move. Steppin in, steppin up, Tom Esselle showcases a variety of moods in this EP, providing some of the best dancefloor heat that we’ll hear in this beginning of season.
