Shooting vibes all the way from Detroit, legendary producer Waajeed keeps on with his dancefloor-oriented productions and presents the last installment of his Acts of Love Mixtape with the third EP of the series. Like its predecessors, the EP is released by DIRT TECH RECK and the profits from Act Three will support Underground Music Academy - a Detroit based community music hub, which aims to build the future leaders of independent electronic music. Hailing from Conant Gardens, Waajeed’s productions through the years have been known as both inventive and genre- defying. Of recent years and with a more dance floor orientated mindset, Waajeed launched DIRT TECH RECK as well as collaborating on tracks with the likes of Mad Mike, Theo Parrish and Amp Fiddler.

The last six to seven years saw Waajeed delve further into bold rhythmic rhythms that connect deep house, hip hop, techno and afro-centric elements. Acts of Love comes in this sequence, with the project kicking off in with Act One in 2020. Act Two followed in the same year, and now series is developed with another dime for club, with tracks like “Sober” and “Our Time Is Now” set to make dancefloors burn. We take the chance to showcase every installment of this olden series that is both available on vinyl and digital. A work of a genius.
