The class on this one. We were in need of the warmth of another Limited White Label release, this time around introducing Alberto Castellana and his electrifying nine-track debut album. Hailing from Italy, he brings the classic Italian signature nu-jazz sound to the table in the upcoming LTDBLBL012. Accompanied by Carlo Ferro, Lerba and Nolan Valero, a trio of exceptionally talented musicians on the piano, guitar, and Rhodes, Castellana's debut album promises an in-depth journey through various electronic genres, including house, break beat, drum & bass, maintaining strong ties to jazz music - the genre that connects it all.
Alberto Castellana is a completely new name for us, like Retromigration, Scruscru or Horsemen were when they released in German label. Limited White Label continues then with high standards and some of the highest karat gold records in the deep house realm. LTDBLBL012 is a groovy trip through a variety of genres extremely well expressed by a sublime production that blends talented instrumentation.
