Australian multi-instrumentalist David Versace unveils his sophomore album, Eye To Eye, on La Sape Records. Following up on the mesmerizing Okra (La Sape Records, 2022), this new records explores with more detail the serene soundscapes that were present in its predecessor, maintaining influences of jazz and latin music textures.

Versace leads with his signature groove-oriented rhythm section but creates ample space for exploration. The lead single, "With Time," exemplifies this approach, showcasing Versace's keys intertwining harmoniously with trumpeter Curtis Scibilia. Versace describes the song as a metaphor for life's constant tension and release, a sentiment mirrored throughout the album. Eye To Eye is composed by eight meticulously built tracks and invites us towards an introspective journey, delving into the complexities of human experience through captivating melodies and David's masterful rhythmic storytelling.
