The Jazzbois return to the departure house, to introduce us to the successor to the acclaimed Jazzbois Goes Blunt. Released by Blunt Shelter Records, Jazzbois Goes Blunt II brings some of the best compositions the Budapest-based group has created in recent months. Following high karat projects released by Cosmic Compositions and in collaboration with the Australian rap duo INQ, the Hungarian jazz-trio affirms their status as one of the most interesting jazz acts hailing in Europe.
As habitués in this platform, we’ve been following the evolution of the Bois. While their sound signature remains present, there’s a sense that they’re reaching levels of freedom that allows them to explore mesmerizing psychedelic elements. These elements add layers of mysticism and provokes involvement from its listeners on a different level. Composed by 11 tracks, Jazzbois Goes Blunt II makes us levitate from our daily routines.
