oreglo: not real people dlc
Francisco Espregueira
Rising London band oreglo is back with a remix EP of their acclaimed debut EP Not Real People. Having dropped in July via the special selection of Brownswood Recordings, the collective expands their imagination to feature reimagined/alternate versions of some of our favorite tracks. These offer a glimpse into oreglo's creative process and their willingness to experiment with different sounds.
Born and raised in the eclecticsm obligations of London oreglos’s sound blends heavy rock riffs, drill-inspired percussion, and breezy reggae. This unique fusion reflects the band's diverse musical influences and their ability to seamlessly incorporate different genres into their music. Not Real People DLC, like in video games where you have extra downloadable content, features two superb remixes by IZCO & Reek0, turning up fast afro-beat influenced bruk rhythms, and by Coki, diving into a dubstep and garage interpretation of “opedge“ that is tight as hell. Available on vinyl, don’t sleep on this younguns’.
