May just started and already we stop time to recap on what has been playing around here.

The voice of Billie Holiday is subject of reinterpretations by master Wun Two - the mesmerizing samples of "Gone With The Wind" in "Noite". Some world-jazzy vibes come with Kamasi Washignton's beautiful "Fists of Fury". Kamaal Williams, Joe Armon-Jones, Smoke Trees have been referenced before.

We rewind to remember: Benaddict, Slim and Ella Mae; Darkhouse Family; Lords Of The Underground. We learned that some samples of Ivan Ave's "Every Eye" are inside a magnificent project created by Sir Froderick and DJ Harrison.

The newest entries flow from genius keys player Kiefer ("Happysad" drops next month"), Nicolas Jaar side project - Against All Logic -, the duo Fitz Ambrose & Supreme and, finally, the new single from The Internet. Funky as fuck.
